Nokia Liquid Phone Concept

The toughest part with transitioning from a phone with a touchable keypad to a virtual keypad on a touchscreen phone is the absence of tactile feedback. This Nokia Liquid Phone is a concept phone that attempts to direct that.

Conceived by Rune Larsen, the Nokia Liquid is fashioned to have some kind of viscuous substrate or liquid underneath the screen which earmarks the users to sense when pressed. That intends the screen will be a moment on the gentle side.

The screen will be made with beds of LCD at the botom, a hard plastic to divide it from the fluid substance and then a gentler plastic on top. It might be like pushing on a bubble wrap satiated with oil or something. The pattern appears cool but.  Hopefully the soft external layer is formed of tough plastic to withstand accidental pierced holes thru it .
